An old tradition at Air New Zealand is handing out lollies as the aircraft approaches its destination. Sucking them helps avoid ear pain as the pressure increases during descent.
The flight steward wanted Phillip and Nicole to help hand them out and even found a jacket for Nicole and a tie for Phillip to wear.
