People who access programs using Citrix, via the Firefox web browser may no longer be able to launch applications.
This issue has impacted those who have recently upgraded their Firefox browser to version 30.0.
In Firefox...
In the address bar type about:addons For the Citrix ICA Client or the Citrix Receiver Plugin, change to Always Activate. Close and relaunch the browser.
