BitMapper was an early project written in Turbo Pascal. It was designed to allow creating bitmap (black and white images) resources for some early games I was working on. It also allowed one bit masks to allow for transparency. The editor allowed all the usual operations like move left, right, up, down, flip horizontal, vertical, etc.
