A database to store and report on samples collected for a university health study. Samples of various types from subjects over several years are stored and retrieved in multiple forms.
Uses a client/server model. The server is Apache, PHP, MySQL running on a Mac and the client is a web browser (optimised for Safari).
Uses a privilege model to assign different functions to users and has an easy to use graphical user interface to make operation easy.
