Project number: 158 (number in database). Original project name: Permits Database. Development type or programming language: Panorama. Platform designed for/with: Mac. Year of most recent major modification: 1994.
The Permits Database was created for the Teaching Section of ITS to keep track of the permits they allocated to the students before they were allowed to use the computer labs. It was created using Panorama and was a single table but required some quite tricky scripting to simplify the data entry and processing for thousands of students.
