The Misc Scripts folder contains a series of small scripts which I use for various functions. They are written using AppleScript, Unix shell scripting, etc. I use some of them on my machine to perform automated tasks when launched by cron: for example scanning for viruses, and re-building the find-by-content information for Mac OS X.
