(Up to OJB's Taylors Page) Taylors Shiraz 2018| Tasted: | 15 Nov 2020 (age 2 years) | | Name: | Jaraman Clare Valley McLaren Valley (907) | | Variety: | Shiraz | | Year: | 2018 | | Producer: | Taylors (234) | | Region: | Australia | | Rating: | good- | | Web Site: | Not available | |   | | The colour was quite deep dark red, with strong legs. The bouquet had full vanilla, and spicy oak. There was berry fruit, vanilla and light spice, and a long dry oak finish. This wine had quite dry, complex full flavours, and full body. |

Note 1 I am not really a wine expert (just an enthusiastic amateur), so please don't take my recommendations as anything more than a rough guide to these wines. I can take no responsibility if you buy a lot, on my recommendation, and then regret it! Note 2 You may not agree with my evaluation of these wines as a lot of this is quite subjective. I tend to put a lot of emphasis on complexity and intense characteristic flavours and bouquet, so if you disagree you might just have different priorities. ![[Up]](../XuShared/Up2B.jpeg)
